RESELLER / DEALER PROGRAM
PERFECT SOFTWARE ACCOUNTING SERIES
PC & AS/400 VERSIONS

(Effective June 1, 2000)

  • Minimum Reseller Requirements

    >6 months in business as a software/hardware reseller, with at least 2 or
      more client/customer accounts.

    >Must comply and accept Perfect Software's licensing and support policies. 
      Please refer to our Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) for details.

  • Perfect Software Dealer Sales Tools:

    >Demo version of the Perfect Software Accounting series in a
      Multi Company Windows format that can be downloaded from our
      website.
          NOTE:  From a "look'n'feel" standpoint the AS/400 version is identical
                     to the PC Windows version.

    >Marketing/Promotional literature, together with sets of individual system
      brochures (by request).

 

  • Sales Affiliation Request (optional):

    >If you currently have an active website, we request that you provide a
      link to our website for referrals and customer support.  If you desire to
      have your company listed on our website, a link will also be provided.

    >Participation in Perfect Software mailing / e-mail blasts is encouraged.
      (Financial participation may be required).

    >Participation in Trade Shows is encouraged.  (Financial participation may
      be required)

 

  • Payment & Licensee Registration Terms:

       >Perfect Software requires that all end-users and their system modules be
         registered with PSW.   An "unrestricted" key to each system modules will
         be released when payment in full has been received.
             NOTE:  to allow end-users to operate immediately upon placing an
                        order (i.e. - until all financial matters are resolved) a 30 day
                        time-locked key will be issued.

 

  • Dealer Commission Levels:

       >We believe that there are 3 sections to every sale:
  
                         The demo/sale of the product, 
                         The installation of the product, and
                         The training of the product.  

         A dealer must determine and inform the PSW representative before the
         start of the sale as to how much you wish to be involved in.  This will
         determine the level of Commission Structure you will receive.

       >There are two levels to the "Commission structure" - 
              Commission level - besides the initial referral you must be involved in
                                         one of the other three sections of the sale. 
                                         Commission will be paid on the 20th day of the
                                         month following the month of sale. (i.e. money
                                                 received on April 3rd, commission paid May 20th)
